Websites
A site that earns
its keep.
Most small business websites are a brochure nobody reads. Yours should do one job: turn a stranger who found you at eleven at night into a phone call in the morning. Everything below exists to make that happen.
What it costs
Published prices, because chasing a quote is exhausting.
Website build
Your whole site, designed and built. You see a private preview in a few days, and most sites are live within two weeks.
$500per site, one time
- Custom design built for phones first, never a recolored template
- Your products or services up front, with tap-to-call and tap-to-message
- Contact form delivered straight to your inbox
- Page titles, sitemap, and share images so Google can find you
- Set up on your own domain, in your name
Hosting and updates
Starts the day your site goes live. A real person who answers.
$100per month, per site
- Hosting and security for your site
- Edits included: new products, photos, prices, and wording
- A new section or a redesign is quoted first, never surprise-billed
- Month to month. Cancel and you keep your domain and site files
Content engine
The site posts for you.
$100per month
- Automated briefs drawn from named industry sources
- Written in your voice, sources linked, nothing invented
- Branded social cards generated to match the site
- Publishes on a schedule with no code touched
Google Ads management
For businesses where one job pays for the year.
$500per month
- Campaign build and search-term maintenance
- Landing pages that match the ad, not the homepage
- Call and form conversion tracking
- You fund Google directly and keep the account
The build fee is paid up front and starts the clock. Hosting and updates are month to month and you can stop any time: your domain and site files stay yours, and I help you move them.
How it runs
You are never wondering what is happening.
Kickoff
Thirty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, and the one action the site has to produce. You send logos, photos, and real reviews.
Brand system
Type, colour, motion, and a signature element built for your brand. You see the homepage on a private link before anything else is written.
Build and plumb
Every page, then the part most sites skip: forms tagged by intent, delivered to your inbox, logged, and tracked in analytics.
Launch and hand over
Domain, SSL, sitemap, and a checklist run end to end. Repository and accounts go in your name. You get a written guide to editing it yourself.
What runs it
No page-builder lock-in, and no hostage situation.
Page builders hold your site inside their editor. This stack is the same one used by companies far larger than yours, and your domain and site files are always yours to take with you.
| Layer | Tool | Cost to you |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and deploys | Vercel | Included in the $100 a month |
| Code and versioning | GitHub, private | Free, and the repository is yours |
| Framework | React with Vite | Free, no license, no lock-in |
| Forms to email | Web3Forms | Free, keyed to your own inbox |
| Lead log | Airtable | Free tier |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Free |
| Domain | In your name | About $15 a year |
After the site is live
A good website is not usually the thing costing you jobs.
We checked twelve local roofers and plumbers and they averaged 92 out of 100 on the basics. Their sites are fine. What leaks is everything after the click: nobody answers in the first minute, nobody asks for the review, nobody posts for months. That is what this lane fixes.
Speed to lead
Answer in sixty seconds, automatically.
- Every form submission triggers an instant text back
- Missed calls get an automatic "sorry we missed you" message
- You keep the conversation in your own phone
Content engine
The site publishes without you opening a laptop.
- Briefs drafted from named industry sources in your voice
- You approve, it publishes and posts
- Branded social cards generated to match the site
Review engine
The reviews you are already owed.
- Customers get asked at the right moment, not weeks later
- Every customer gets the same link, and you hear about problems fast
- Reviews pulled onto the site as they arrive
Custom workflow
The spreadsheet nobody wants to keep updating.
- Quotes, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting joined together
- Built on tools you already pay for where possible
- Documented, so it is yours and not a black box
Automations are scoped per business, because what a roofer needs and what a boutique needs are not the same. Tell us where the leak is and you will get a fixed number.
Straight answers
The questions everybody asks.
Do I own it?
Yes. Your domain is bought in your name and the site files are yours. While you are on the $100 monthly plan, I host and update the site for you. If you ever cancel, I hand the files over and help you move the site to another host, so you never have to start over.
What does it cost to keep running?
$100 a month, starting the day your site goes live. That covers hosting, security, and edits: new products, new photos, price and wording changes. Your domain is about $15 a year, bought in your name. A whole new section or a redesign gets quoted first.
How long does it take?
Usually under two weeks from our first call to live, and often the same week once your photos and domain are ready. You see a private preview within the first few days, so nothing is a surprise.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Content lives in plain, commented files and you get a written guide covering every routine update. If you would rather not touch it, that is what the care plan is for.
What if I already have a website?
Run the free audit first. It will show you in about ten seconds whether the problem is the site itself or something smaller. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a rebuild.
Do you take payments or run a store?
A catalog site with tap-to-reserve is included in a standard build. A full cart with inventory, shipping, and tax is a bigger piece of work and gets quoted separately, so nobody is surprised at launch.
Still deciding? Run the free audit and let the score make the argument.
