How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you type, plus which page you sent it from and when. When you run the free website audit we also receive the web address you entered and the score your page produced.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

What we do with it

We reply to you. If you ran an audit, we may follow up once about the results. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

The audit tool specifically

The audit loads the public homepage of the address you enter, the same way any browser or search engine would, and measures what is in the returned HTML. It does not log in anywhere, it does not scan anything private, and it does not store a copy of your page.

Please only submit addresses for websites you own or are authorised to review.

Who else sees it

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox. Analytics data sits with Google. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy governing what it holds.

We share your information with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email and lead records so we can pick up a conversation later. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. Blocking them in your browser does not break anything here.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details below and a person will handle it.
