What a $500 website actually includes
The short version
I charge $500 to design and build your site, and $100 a month once it is live for hosting and updates. That is the whole price. Your domain is separate, about $15 a year, and it is bought in your name.
What the $500 covers
A custom design built for phones first, so it looks right in your customer's hand. Your products or services up front, with tap-to-call and tap-to-message buttons. A contact form that reaches your inbox. The basics that help Google understand your page, and the site set up on your own domain.
Before the build starts you see your homepage design on your own phone. If you do not like it, you have lost nothing.
What the $100 a month covers
Hosting and security, and changes whenever you need them: new photos, new prices, new wording. A real person answers when you text. If you ever cancel, your domain and your site files are yours and I help you move them.
What costs extra
A whole new section, a redesign, or an online store with a cart is quoted first. I will never surprise-bill you. AI add-ons like a chatbot or automatic text-back are quoted to fit your business.
